Founder of Neuro Niche

About Us

At Neuro Niche, we value neurodiversity as an essential aspect of humanity.

We are committed to intentionally designing environments, systems and supports that accommodate, affirm, and embrace this.

Founded by a late-diagnosed neurodivergent Occupational Therapist and mother of two, with global experience supporting individuals and communities across the lifespan.

Our Approach

How We Do It

Centring individual interests, strengths, and lived experience.

Neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally-responsive practice, with an emphasis on relational safety and meaningful environmental accommodations.

Who We Serve

Individuals, families, and organisations seeking to build environments rooted in inclusion and belonging.

Everyone is welcome here.

Why It Matters

When neurodiversity is not embraced

Harmful impacts for individuals and society. People are left unsupported, misunderstood, and excluded from the environments they navigate every day.

When neurodiversity is embraced

When we create truly neuro-inclusive spaces and engagement opportunities, we create space for authentic innovation, and ultimately belonging for individuals and societies.
